RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

We are committed to providing quality products for our customers. While we hope that you're always satisfied with your Bella Amore Skin purchase, we realize there are times that we might not always exceed your expectations and may want to return a product. Please understand that due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue a return or a refund once your item has been shipped. Products are subjected to an "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" rule.

Please allow at least 24-48 hours for us to get back to you and your concern.

 

INCORRECT, MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED:

If you have received a parcel that contains incorrect, missing, or damaged item(s), please reach out to us via email at bellaamoreskinca@gmail.com or on our social media accounts providing us with your order information (order no. or name) and a screenshot of the item(s) you have received. A replacement or supplemental parcel will be arranged.

 

ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or returned parcels. We release any liabilities on the parcel once the shipment is dropped at the post office. However, if USPS/UPS loses a parcel in transit or delivers it to an incorrect address, we can only compensate you once they give us a refund.
